      <content:encoded><![CDATA[The current VSH rules design is just messy, mainly the ban proceedings mixing up with rules makes it almost unable to be read. So I completely overhauled it (if that&#039;s the right word) to make it look the most similar to JB/CS:GO rules as I could.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[So recently it emerged on the newly added VSH LobsterShore map that there is an easter egg where an engineer can do hit a number of bricks hidden around the map and then build a teleporter in the right spot which leads them to a credit room with mannco powerups. Anyone can then enter this room and equip all the mannco powerups at once which not only leads to them being able to kill the hale in 2 seconds flat but can cause them to timeout people nearby with projectiles.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[So it was only recently (today) found out that you can teleport to a secret room with mann power powerups allowing you to get insane weapons using the crossbow or sniper rifle (or any weapon in general). This makes it quite unbalanced for hale, as even a solo medic can get 5000 damage in a few seconds. Also, the explosions caused a crash for many people at once sometimes, and we don&#039;t want it to happen again.<br />

<b>Reasons</b><br />
- Pyro&#039;s can use their blasts infinite<br />
- Blasting a jumping hale is possible<br />
- It&#039;s a boring gameplay as we all wait the endless pyro vs. hale rounds<br />
<br />
<b>Solutions</b><br />
- Add a health penalty for blasting. I recommend substracting 25 hp. Huntsmen gets a penalty of 15 hp (12% of health, pyro will be roughly 14%).<br />
- Increase time between blasts to 3 seconds<br />

1. I think the time freedays can spend after the last red has died could be shortened to 1 minute since many people are impatient and sometimes reds can sort of abuse this to be just rude and make everyone wait the whole 3 minutes. Often times that leads to drops in players.<br />
2. I&#039;m not sure if this is a rule or not, but there could be a new rule added...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[So, basicslly the idea is to add, the ability to vote for everyone becomming the same class for one round. The class should, in my opinion, be random as if there is more soldiers on the team, they would just vote for solly if there Was a poll. I think that this poll only should be able to get started by either admins, or just every 10th minute or after map change. (This is to prevent it being spammed).<br />

The only thing that could become a problem is if classes with a maximum number, like...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[it&#039;d be neat to add a rule where vip members and higher wouldn&#039;t be able to use any of their player commands during combat (resize commands, in general). i understand that tiny players have a reduced damage output to enemy players, but this can be exploited in many ways, one of them being healing a regular-sized teammate. overheal amounts stay the same regardless of size, and this goes the same for dispensers that engineers build. sentries do the same damage, and can be upgraded without any...<br />
