Basically, later this month, all of FoG’s public and private gameservers as well as most related servers (such as SourceBans, Demos, etc.) are going to be taken offline. The contracts with each of our...
Other than last time, I didn't change anything on the system - it just suddenly died, without any previous reboots, or me even logging into the system (was in a meeting during the time the server went off).
I suspect something hardware related (faulty power supply / dead network card / someone tripped over the network cable).

Already contacted our host about it, with the usual wait times (will most...
Both old (and dying) HDDs have been replaced by two SSDs running in a RAID 1.

Thankfully, I have made a extra backup right before the "incident", so the servers are at the state of 27 Feb 21:07 and we didn't lose anything.

Seems like the system upgrade I did today didn't work out so well (even tho it exited with a success), and performing a "reboot" causes the server to not fully start up again - suspecting a kernel panic of some sort.
Adding insult to injury, the web interface for controlling the server is broken as well, so I can't even start a rescue system / do a reboot (and apparently, start a reinstall either).

Thus, I...
