CS:GO Retakes / TF2 Orange closed, all server lists updated

Just a quick announcement informing you about recent server changes.

Server closures
The following servers have been closed as they constantly had low population:

• TF2 - Orange x3
• CS:GO - both Retakes servers
• All L4D2 servers

All current admins on Orange will be re-assigned to other servers (littlemadtiger got switched over to Trade #3 and VSH).
Since there were no Retakes admins, the servers were able to be taken down without re-assigning anyone.

New servers
Over the past few months, some new servers have also been put online:

• US servers (new machine as well!):
  • TF2 - Jailbreak NY
  • TF2 - Trade #3 NY
  • TF2 - Highertower NY
• EU servers:
  • TF2 - Highertower x10
  • CSGO - Arena (2 servers) (a informational thread already exists)

There never was an official announcement before, as I first want to see if a certain type of server even gets any population before adding it to the various lists (which takes a while).
Admin applications are open for all servers listed above.

I have also taken the opportunity to sychronize the various server lists with eachother, and recount the server ids.
