I can recommend this game, especially for free - it's fairly funny and doesn't skimp out on the content too much compared to FC3. It's also extremely neon.

The game PAYDAY 2 just got updated with Crimefest 2015 - they essentially imported the same system; drills acting as keys for safes that acted as crates/cases.
The big downer is that these cosmetic variants actually provide stats and make these therefore better, a really bad direction

Not to mention screwing up the weapon balances (A small sidearm doing more damage than a shotgun?!)...
