Well, I was examining the new features for the VIP's on the Team Fortress 2 servers, and I have found one of the exploits the hard way. Basicly, when you're a market-gardener soldier with the hook, you can attach to your enemy to ensure that your hit will be 100% crit. The exploit itself is toxic, becasue it literally makes the servers kinda Pay2Win. I'll post some pics of how does it work:

(excuse the "flooding" but I got a say command binded to my F12 aslong with the screenshot)

This is one of Valve's shittiest ideas when it came to the hooks. I don't know why sticking into enemies even after changing weapon seemed fun for them.
Yes it's intentional, or they wouldn't have made that icon above your health.

You can't get the crit when you only jump(space)+ use the hook at someone/if you use the hook standing, you have to rocketjump to get the crit.
So lets say you do a rocketjump and use the hook at someone, that means you're still in the rocketjump (because you did not land anywhere)
That's also the reason why you can market garden people when you're in a pogo /speedpogo/skip/walljump, the jump is simply not finished

Not really an exploit, simply tf2 logic.

No no no, I have meant the rocketjumps, not normal jumps. I thought that was pretty obvious. Also, exploits are pretty much things which were not meant to be.

I didn't mean the grabbing, I meant the 100% crit... I get it, you can grab your enemy, cool. But don't make it so that if you rocketjump, grab the enemy and easily get a 100% crit while it...

It's a tf2 physic, if you would change that it would mean that you arent possible to market garden people while you pogo /speedpogo/skip/walljump. As explained above, you're still in the rocketjump as the hook isnt canceling it, therefore I dont see where exactly it is an exploit. The grapling hook was never meant to cancel rocketjumps

I don't really believe Valve would do that kind of thing, they already nerfed most of the "ultra op" tactics, weapons and stuff. What I mean, is so that this is overpowered alot, and should be considered not okay to use.

Valve cant break their own physics, yet again, the hook does not cancel rocketjumps and is never meant to.
And I loved the "I dont think Valve would really do that..", ever seen the basejumper? It's basically the same. If you do a rocketjump and use the basejumper + get burned you will stay in the air as long as you burn, again the jump is not canceled, so you get crits as long as you're in the air.

    "It's OP"

Oh god, I cant read it anymore, which weapon /tactic is NOT op in this game?

    What's overpowered in those?
I think you look at those weapons in a pretty wrong way, everything if used correctly CAN be overpowered, but some things are it without putting any effort in the tactic/weapon.

This also exists at Mannpower servers, so I consider it not as a exploit.

This is in no way an exploit, TF has worked like this forever.

Y'know what you need to do?

Play a different class to counter it.
