Declined VIP command rules

I would still say, limit some functions. I can agree on things can get easy out of hand if there's not a set limit (I admit I also wasn't aware since I never saw rules about this before. Saw this post today, was informed some time after I used commands when I was discovering them). Just put up rules for the things that can really get annoying when donating for vip so they're aware (possibly make them accept the rules?).
