    No i mean we CANT apply, it wont let us. If we try to go to admin apps and create new post, it ACTUALLY won't let us. We HAVE to wait until we are senior until it LETS us post an app.

    Ahem. Juniors can adminate 2 servers at a time. So i guess it ain't against the rules to make a second application. Just don't make it look useless piece of shit.

    You guys dont get it, im not sayign we SHOULDNT im saying we COULDNT, it does let us make one. try it. It wont let us get into the template.
