Rejected [SteamRep tag removal/downgrade] Elmo

Hey guys,

Completely sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place here but I have no idea what to do.

Pretty much the story is I try to get onto CSGO Lounge one day and it says I'm banned, confused as I haven't scammed anyone (except for one guy who gave me 1 dollar). Turns out I've been banned on FOG (finally find out and get here) turns out some friends decided to use my account to scam someone since they knew the password and didn't want to use their own.

When I try to appeal for the ban to be taken off, it says my account isn't banned, I'm confused because I don't know where to go to get rid of the ban.
