i dont know who he is, i added him once bcs i wanted to play with him and i traded with him once, so i cant understand why i got a ban on steamrep

i didnt trade with him, i have him as a friend since 4th november 2015 and i played one or two community deathmatchs, so that was all i can remeber, i'm grateful for help, thanks
