That is correct--I'm not saying that people on Lounge are COMPLETELY unaware of Steamrep, but it just isn't quite the same for TF2Outpost. Trading with scammers or even just an obvious scammer alt will lead a ban on Outpost, it just isn't the same for Lounge because no one really cares / it isn't forced upon them; rules are different.

 

As far as I am aware, the only requirement for a friend affiliate community is to ban all users who are marked on SR. Not those trading with them. It's no surprise that's how it is, given that Outpost and Lounge hold different statuses (partner and friend). Not that people on Lounge are unaware at all, in fact I expect that they are aware, just that they don't need to be as careful.

 

Most aren't aware because no one has been marked/cautioned for trading with marked users up until now.....
