What's the specified reason?

Well,I recently lost my knife because someone scammed me and I was tired of trading again to make enough money for another knife,so I've tried to use that most used method "middleman" with a friend,because he also got scammed for an m4a1-s guardian FN,so we started to do that three days ago,we tried for 3-4 times with fail as a result,so I abandoned that scam method and restarted trading,and today I saw on tf2.wh that I was restricted from using the site,and again,I'm sorry for what I did.... ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Well considering that I admitted what I did , I think I deserve a second chance , and try to be right now , as I used to be , and I apologize for everything I did, I swear I will not try again to give any scam from now . ​
