Kate had a Aimbot, then i kick her out the server but i cannot ban Kate because i'm Trainee.

You are able to ban, just not in the game. Go to Fortress of Gamers - Sourcebans and from there you can ban the accused, I did that while I was a Trainee, or when someone is on the server, just go to Fortress of Gamers - Sourcebans and then Servers, find Orange, and ban the player right from there, Thats the two options you got
