Resolved Some problems on trade #3

    1st: Donators can only use resizeme, while they should also be able to resize their, head, hands and torso. But those do not work for some reason.

    2nd: Actually, when you die in a car, you're stuck in a loop of deaths. the only way to escape this is to rejoin the server, which sucks.
    After some experimenting with that issue, I've found out that the reason for that is the ground you respawn on (you respawn on a ground where you lose HP)
