Lets not forget this appeal is about you and only you, stop trying to bring up what Davis has done, he didnt become hostile towards an admin did he?

EDIT: What this "ban threat" is, is Davis merely predicting that it is what will happen, he has no power at all. Even if Davis said that small part its nothing on par with what you said, you deserved this ban mate.

 

Isn't this appeal about my case as a whole? Davis is clearly involved in this case; so I figure I may bring him up.

Again, not as a way to justify my own actions. Merely to point out full extent of the entire ordeal.

Lastly, he has displayed the same kind of language to other users during my stay. Look it up in the logs.

Going by the way the admin backed him up, neglected his offenses and the position I am in: it is clear that I had all the reason to feel threatened by that statement he made.

 

At any rate; I digress.

As mentioned in the original post I admit to making a mistake. I apologize to all parties and request an expirable ban length so I may learn my lesson and return as a proper member of the community.

If not; I understand.

 

I also love the part where you got a mate on to help back up its pretty cool, you just got triggered too much from being killed as a friendly and then started trouble.

The only reason the admin "backed" him up is because you fired the first shots to start trouble.

 

They were both mocking me while I was gagged. That's like putting virtual duct tape over somebody's mouth and laughing about it. This is why my friend backed me. I've explained this in previous posts.

In our first encounter I was literally ducking in a corner with my melee out. An obvious friendly. You attacked me without a single hesitation.
