Resolved [RTV] On the donator server it's not possible to rtv when there is only 1 player

I'm not sure if this was done intentionally, but one should always be able to rtv, especially on the donator server where everyone knows each other and people don't just rtv someone randomly off a map.

On the beginner server.. Hm, the only time where this might come in useful is when there are 2-3 players and someone wants to finish. Don't think this is enough reason to block it though

I'd still love to be able to change maps with the admin menu (or at least call votes)

 

I've joined the donator server just a minute ago. The rtv did work with me and the bot being the only one around.

 

I'm here on beginner bhop, 4 players (including me)+replay bot. rtv not allowed :[
