Resolved [RTV] On Surf 1-3

Hi,

I feel like I've seen this problem already on the forums, but i didn't find it anywhere-
Anyways, some players have reported in to me that RTV doesn't work on some maps for them,
even though they are not potato rank. They get back the message: [SM] %.

They didn't remember on which map, so i wait for them to test on surf_simpsons just to check if it's on all maps. Waiting for rtv allowance.


Also, the menus are in german, or at least the rtv.

Same problem on the bhop server. Comes up % instead of the normal one.
