Hello! My name is Jerrod Ford, this is my introductory/need help with a ban appeal.

The Story

Okay so here goes the whole story, if you want to read a TLDR version it will be underlined below

I have a twin brother and two highschool friends that I play games with. I played TF2 first and then got my brother and friends to follow, I played for about a year and then the economy went all crazy and I decided to go to my childhood game Counter-Strike. While we played TF2 one of the friends in the group was an avid trader and was obsessed with making money off the internet once I explained to him how trading works. Then he got into scamming. the three other friends never scammed, or got into scamming. We actually reported trade scammers and got them banned. We had known that our friend was trying to scam but he never actually scammed anyone. We all warned him not to do it because he would end up banned. He eventually became successful with a couple scams, he always bragged about it in a text group message that goes between all the friends. The other friends and I had talked about it and we were all ready to report him for trade scam, and I actually made reports through Steam but none were successful because we had no proof. We didn't know who he was scamming and we were never scammed by him. At this point I have fully transitioned to CS:GO and was and still am loving it. After I started talking about CS:GO all my friends followed and we all played together just as we did with TF2. Then the scammer decided that he was going to try and scam on CS:GO which angered all of the friends and we had had enough of it. We had confronted him and told him that we do not want to be associated with him because he is a scammer, we were all very upset with the fact that he was taking people's items and bragging about it, it hurt our friendship dearly. He had told us that he had stopped scamming and we believed him but awhile back I had noticed that my main account was banned as an alt of the scammer, and all my friends were as well. I had tried to appeal but could not figure out how to appeal on this website because it would not let me post an appeal since "my SteamId is not banned" so I gave up and abandoned my main account which has a lot of time and money invested in, and adopted smurf account as my main. I went to try and trade all my skins for a knife or good AWP skin on csgolounge.com today and it told me I was banned. I am putting my foot down and doing what I can to try and get mine, and my friends accounts unbanned now. I attempted to appeal again and it would not let me on this account, I believe the main account has to post an appeal but I am uncertain. After doing more research I realized that the scammer's alt isn't banned, but mine is. I will be posting all of the accounts of the users effected and all the alts of the scammer and his scammer buddy if you would like to check him out as well. (I do not know much about his friend, I just know that they are both scammers and he has mentioned him a lot) The only two aware out of the group of people effected by this post are my brother and I.

TLDR version: My IRL friends and I love to play games together but one is a scammer, we tried to get him to stop and he said he did but now we realized that was a lie because all of the friends are banned as alts of his main account and his main account is trade banned. I am trying to set things straight for my friends and I by providing the scammers active account and all the accounts that are not affiliated with the scammer.

If there is anything I can do to set this straight please tell me, it pains me to see so many effected by something they tried to stop. One bad apple truly spoiled the bunch.

I did check the Scammer Tag Appeal and did not see anything out of line with my post. I would like to take this as steady as possible. I do not have access to the form mentioned on the Scammer Tag Appeal thread, I am unsure whether that is because I am banned as an alt or have missed a requirement on this forum.

If you would please tell me how to correct my post I would gladly correct it for you, my friend and brother's accounts are also at stake here and I do not want to mess anything up.

 

You need to use the format and your brother and friends need to appeal for them selfs.
