(Question) Would i get marked for making this trade?

I was recently offered a "Something Burning This Way Comes, Brotherhood of Arms" in a trade.

After looking at the owner's profile he is banned from tf2outpost, and backpack.tf

Backpack Item: History - backpack.tf

The unusual was scammed from 'ThemDangDucks❤" late september.
then it was owned by a scammer (not logged on the history of the hat),
which was then owned by another user (not logged on the history of the hat),
then it was traded to 'Im Batmon' (who is marked for paypal scamming, early 2015)

if i own the hat after 'Im Batmon' is there a risk i'll get marked or any sort of suspension/ban?

 

You won't receive a tag on SR because he isn't marked there
However you could receive a ban on bp/tf2op because the user is banned there. To be sure about that you should ask an admin from BP or tf2op.

If you know he's a paypal scammer is different from trading him and later on find out. Do not trade with him, I would not risk my reputation.
