We are proud to announce that after almost three months in development, the public our new scam report/appeal system has now reached the stage of public beta! You can find it here: https://f-o-g.trade What is this? Due to the fact that vB still only is a forum system and the workflow in it is quite inefficient, the decision was made to create a own site for handling scam reports and related ban appeals. The latter one has a more streamlined process (staff is able to handle reports/appeals much easier) and doesn't have unnecessary stuff like the "like" system, thread ratings and similar. What's the plan? The plan is to let the public beta run for at least a week (so until July 30th) and gain feedback and test the site in real world conditions before going "fully" live. So far, it was only tested by our trading staff (Tio, Someone, Enstage and me), but never really from the people who will actually do the reports/appeals. As already mentioned, this is a public beta - therefore, some bugs may still exist. If you find any of them, please post down below or send me a PM on the forums. For security related issues (like XSS/CSRF/SQLi/privilege escalation/etc.), please shoot me an e-mail: n0name$at$f-o-g$dot$eu. Once the site runs in a satisfying way, it will replace the current system entirely. This means that all links for reporting/appeals (except server bans) will be changed to the new site and the current scam report section will be re-purposed as an archive. On a last note: if you are getting spammed by report reply e-mails too much, you can turn them off in user dropdown > settings > "Send e-mails for replies on my report(s)".
