Don't you have to add the prof. killstreak kit to a specialized killstreak original? Because I wanted to make a specialized killstreak back-scratcher and I can't use a unique or strange back-scratcher.
No, you don't have to! A kit can be applied to the weapon, no matter the quality. In fact, you CANNOT put a professional kit on a weapon that already has killstreakers active. You'd have to remove the current activated killstreaker (the same way you remove paints/names/descs). In other news, still not sold. Bunnie, sounds like a bug. That should be working for you.
