    Description
    Baiting/favouritism - baits phoenix until he has full uber, these two know eachother. 1st non freeday round, baits phoenix constantly, 2nd he goes into phoenix's cell, going close to people is fine when they are on yellow since it was pokemon day and he needed to choose people, spy cell should be finesince he was killing a rebeller, i was fine with the high fiving.

    This is super minor and I wouldn't have reported it earlier since it was such a small thing, but baiting until phoenix has full uber seems to be favourtism, so i added it. There seems to be proof towards favouritsm since whenever people try to votemute phoenix for being annoying, he tends to stand by phoenix.    ​

    meh, you cant really prove this is favoritism even knowing they are friends. its also really minor for baiting. gonna Reject this.
