    I'm afraid that chatlog can't be considered sufficient enough evidence of cheating although I think this can be considered advertising? I'll leave the judgement to the admins of Trade/Idle,

    The Person probably used the Healing Arrow Cheat, or was Trolling in chat.
    And since he wrote LBOX and not the full name of the Cheat, Advertising shouldn't be a banreason either.

    Should be closed for invalid accusations and proof.
    Unless you have a video recording of the targetted user where he actually hacks, that'd be something else, and it'd be valid too.
