Avoiding mute (?) Has a convenient timeout when he is muted, somehow gets unmuted, doesnt unwarden and keeps talking when votemuted as warden, likes to voice spam "im not muted ecks dee ecks dee" whenever he's unmuted and wonders why he's muted. Somehow he can still talk when votemuted sometimes ?​

Going warden while muted bypasses votemute, pheonix frequently does this and also often relogs to get rid of any votes he has, despite numerous warnings from everyone.

Edit: He also CONSTANTLY talks over warden on blu, and we have to remind him 5 times before he stops.

 

45 mutes/gags in 1 month, being constantly annoying and distruptive to the server. He even brags about being muted and avoiding it when he at one point said something along the lines of "i got muted 5 times today xd". There are no signs of improvement despite his plethera of mutes and gags. I'd assume the most suitable resolution could be a permanent mute/gag.

 

Pheonix has gotten himself the name of "that kid" and whenever he joins he MUST talk, even to himself if he can. No one enjoys hearing him speak constantly, he knows that perfectly well, but he keeps spamming over and over again with no stop. There have been multiple cases of "that kid" but what stuck on me was that at some point when people started leaving because of him and someone calling him out he responded with "I know I'm annoying, that's why I keep talking". There was a time when he got perma muted (maybe as a joke, not sure), I'd love to see that mute stay.

 

Due to the high level of mutes in a very short span of time, ive decided to permanently ban this player for being completely careless and not learning from his mistakes as he continues to disrupt the rounds and server as a whole. the player may of course appeal if he knows how.
