As the title explains I'm planning to make a new pc build and looking for suggestions. I'm quite new to PC building so ye, I could use some advice :3
These are what I got so far planned:

    Processor:
    • AMD Fx-8370 8-core CPU (16MB Cache, 4.0GHz)

    Graphics:
    • Radeon R9 380 2GB

    SSD:
    • Transcend 512GB MLC Sata III
      or
    • Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
(Got already old HDD of 2TB, probably going to use it)

    RAM:
    • Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1600MHz, dunno if what this means to performance)

    Motherboard:
    • Sabertooth 990FX R2.0

    Power supply:
    • Cooler Master V550

    Cooling:
    • Cooler Master Nepton 240M

    What I got so far:

    Case:
    • Cooler Master Elite 430

I would suggest to take a cheaper motherboard. More functionality and cheaper, which would save you some money to buy more RAM. 8 GB is a bit tight.

    Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P - Specificaties - Tweakers

For the SSD you totally should go for the EVO 850 (sorry little fanboy here)

I'm with Chick here, Samsung's EVOs are by far the best you can get. Unless you want to get one of these.

I guess you're going AMD due to cost, otherwise I'd suggest an Intel/Nvidia combo.

8gig of ram would be by far enough for gaming - unless you're going to be ramping to modded super graphics, it's the card that you should be looking at, not the ram?

To add on, intel + Nvidia is a great combo idea. Even, if you buy a i3 (If you overclock it that is)

    (Sadly, I have a i5 + some crappy AMD graphics card. Think it's a 4600 HD.)

And yes, I can still run tf2 and csgo at a decent rate with decent graphics.

I only have one question: What game are you planning on playing on this? And what kind of things are you gonna do on it?
