You'd be better off trying to take over the blimp to use peacefully, World 1 - 2 is way bigger so a sniper in a good position would wreck any peace gathering going on.
That and this is a mans game for mannly men, who own vast amounts of hats, a sea of headgear as far as the human eye can see into a backpack the size of the titanic.
So like the iceberg that sunk the Hindenburg. Peace is gonna fall, when Saxton Hale himself jumps into the map and pounds any and all hippies into oblivion, you'll know this quest was as in-vain as trying talk sense into a cat.

That and places like that are always more fun considering out of the five aside blue and red teams there, it'll only take one person to open fire to cause a civil war which is always fun.

Nah I agree with some above of me, the rule schould not be applied because it makers more misery than it does good.
