Someone must be bored when post count is a "problem".

I thought a burning house or offensive behavior was the kind of problems we "need to take action" against.
    Not for some numbers.

That's the charm of the forum game, it takes unexpected turns all the time.
(And of course you'd highlight possible shitpost that can be moderated)

No, this was what I saw the other day when it got posted. And to back my point up, I must provide evidence and as that is the first one I remembered, I posted that.

    Do Not Do It.

No. Do Not Move Forum Games, Do Not Do It, Or Face My Capitalized Wrath. I'm with Jozzeh On This One. Why Would You Want To Move Them Now? You Didn't Care When You Didn't Care. So Now Is Not The Time. The Forums Are Becoming Unpopulated. Forum Games Are Popularity For The Forums. "Hiding" It Will Make It Lose Popularity. I Have Made My Case.

    Suggestion -1

    If you speak about "shitposts"....

..they can still just be simply moderated.
Sheesh, give me the ability to moderate that one single thread and I would then be able to say that I would take care of such stuff.

Don't badger the man for choosing a side.
It's not like everyone that voted yes has "backed up their statements" either.

How about you lock all the threads in the forum games section but keep it there so posts dont go down. Then copy any of the active games over to the shitposting area so that people can still play them but they can't legally shitpost anymore.

I'm just going to say it, are you guy's really assed about the Top 10 Posters? there is more important things to focus on than the Top 10 Posters, like seriously I read through this thread, and it seemed to be a bitch fight for once I didn't cause, like if your seriously that bothered with the forum games, then please, make an ignore thread button or something, I don't see the point in deducting the fun out of forum games if they're moved to a deliberate shit posting area.

If people really like the TWG, why would they complain about the post counter getting removed? Do they only play it to gain posts? is it then a game? or post farming central?

Personal opinion: I don't mind if the post counter got removed from the forum games.. And yes, I do see you guys who lives in the TWG would lose something. But is it really that much of a loss? Some posts. POSTS !?
But like Noname said some pages ago, lets wait 3-4 days and we'll see what happens.

Go ahead and waste your resources on hating me.

This actually sounds like a fair compromise, to be honest.
We'll have to see how camp Jozzeh thinks about this.

    Nobody's gonna hate you Anthe.

It's just that if you're going to ask someone if it matters if the post count change occurs or not, the question can simply be tossed back: Why would you care for it to go down?

Regarding Otter's suggestion, that's just now saying that twg is a shitpost central which it isn't.

Of course you don't think it's a good idea. How would you get new posts then.

It won't be moved to The Great Below, much rather to a new subsection that still shows the threads in the frontpage lists.

I would add Otter's suggestion to it, close the current threads and then copy them in that subsection.

The suggestion is just a masked version of this - you get half of your wish fulfilled.

    @Wandolf@Wandolf - And that's a problem?
There's the thing nobody is able to answer on except just bashing it like "easy way to increase postcount". If you really feel that post count doesn't matter, then you shouldn't care if the thread adds to it.
Let it keep being a source of forum life to what is otherwise a rather quiet forum.

Having it add to the post count means it's accurate in showing what members are active posters no matter the content, whether it is playing forum games or discussing hot topics. Think about it, most of the active forum users is just admins with a few non-admins. It's thanks to us people who have fun in the thread that make the forum more lively, by a big portion.
