To be honest with you, I agree with you totally.

The only reason I posted my previous comment was because; that's just how things "usually" boil down to around here. It works, but it's not a perfect method either.
I'm glad you took your time to share your thoughts, it might give everyone a good reminder of how we should strive to work together

 

I'll add another thing to this subject...

So i was on like, just now and i was just sitting behind doing jack shit, just spectating. So i asked Skrill ("Münsterkatt サム") if he could do a mic-check. He then asks someone called "PhilMonta" if he has a mic, he doesnt have one so skrill just "doesnt care" and simply leaves, now this seems extremely like me just trying to find ANY excuse to get something to happen, but i've already talked to Starfish multiple times and we've both come to the conclusion that "Münsterkatt サム" doesnt actually really do that much to contribute to the server in a way, mainly just plays the gamemode for fun not giving a crap about rules being broken or so forth.

Now im not gonna say "I'd do better as an admin" because thats extremely lame to say, but honestly. I think that a 15 year old who just learned how to speak english could do more than just sit idly behind and do nothing.

 

He used his mic after I asked him a second time.

 

I was literally right there, and i was looking at the place where peoples names would pop up if they used it, he didnt use it. There's multiple people to confirm this, some being Snowy and Shadow as examples.

 

I was there too and I saw it pop up, he used it for 1/2 a second and there was some static.
