    If I'm correct, the plugin is broken for some time now but isn't fixed yet.

    "It's broken" "Fix it" aren't really helpful.

    F2PS can join blue and it doesn't work, sorry if it was not helpful just that it broke a while back and I do not know why, it needs updating maybe or just fixing somehow.

    If there is a way to be sure if someone is, how about we teamban every F2P. Not necessarily permanent though.

    Not really, you'd have to check the inventory of each person looking for the mann co cap.
    For now, just do a lot of micchecks and you'll be fine.

    There are simply too many freekillers when there is no admin and the f2p plug-in solved that but then it broke! What happened and is it possible to, what Tranquilla said, fix it?
