Accepted Jaffa; I am sorry but this has gone on too long.

1) Bullying is a recorruing event that is common, this is the 3rd time in like 8 months?
2) I do not think he should resign or be fired.
3) He is not 18/21 so he is a child.
4) If it is your friends who are telling you to change it is because they know you well and want the best for you.

 

That's cool and all, but you gotta talk the talk and walk the walk and I'm afraid he ain't doing it.

For clarity, people are generally muted then banned if they carry on for spam like this, why should any admin, including Jaffa, get away with it?

You obviously skipped over that part where any administrators are supposed to be setting an example and maintaining a certain level of "professionalism" (Call it whatever you wish), Lenny spam is not part of this criteria and will never be such I'm afraid.

As for bullying, I can't say I see what you're saying at all - this is an analytical review on his recent behaviour and if/how/why he's failed to uphold his post.

 

I understand your worries, but this thread isn't about reporting Jaffa as a bad person. It's because we feel that he hasn't been acting the way an admin is supposed to act, such as the Lennies (whether or not they are spam) and over the top ban times.

This is certainly not a report to put Jaffa down as the bad guy, but considering he's been warned two times before about similar things, I do not understand that this still happens.


In fact, many people who have posted in this thread are friends with Jaffa, as far as I know.

 

So his comments have nothing to do with his age eh? Then why does Spartan spam me with hateful shit like Jaffa is a child etc and he talks about how being an adult is 18/21 im pretty sure Spartan is 20 and even if he is 21 they are both just 1 year away

 

I've decided to demote Jaffa to trainee admin so he can gather the knowledge he misses, effective immediately.

I don't see this as abusive behaviour and as such I'm not going to issue a warning. Please do note, however, that this is your final warning.

I also suggest you keep a closer look at the forum, seeing as how missing an activity check got you your first warning in the first place.

I will find you a suitable mentor as soon as possible.
