Invalid Issue with !rules comand

    Hello!
    I discovered if someone types "!rules" in the chat, no rules are displayed but informations about map rotation.
    I think this should be fixed.

    Well, it certainly worked the past few years, maybe they have cl_disablehtmlmotd 1 set or their internet is slow.
