I need some help regarding my backpack. I woke up this morning and started up TF2, like normal. When I went to edit my loadout for the day, I found that my Soldier's Equalizer was replaced with the stock Shovel. When I tried to change this, I saw that all I had was the Shovel. When I clicked on my backpack, I was shocked to find everything but my achievement/non-tradeable items gone! I contacted Valve on the issue, but in the meantime, what should I do to reclaim my items?
In the meantime you can check you account's trading history to verify if you were hacked or if it was an error on Valve's part.
