EU1 (176.9.0.44) currently banned from the Masterserver

    Just updating this Thread.

    Valve has finally unbanned the IP again last night, however some changes are still in effect:

    - Reserved Slots are disabled on all QP Servers (as of now, only 2Fort, Hightower and MvM)
    - Unusual Hat Manager is disabled on all QP Servers (same as above)

    The latter one won't get re-enabled again on the QP Servers. The first one, however, will be re-enabled within the next few days and will not kick anyone but instead use hidden slots.
