Invalid CSGO DM server bomb problems

So currently on the DM server, the bomb/C4 explosive device is given to any of the players on the terrorist player side, they are later able to plant the bomb on any of the bomb sites.
Assuming this is not intended for the server, it has become an recurring problem for the server, that after the bomb has reached its detonation time after being planted, the round goes on to restart as if it was an casual gamemode round.

I have taken some screenshots from the DM server showing the bomb being planted, the bomb lying on the ground and a player having the bomb equipped on his in-game character.
