Rejected cetru. abuse report

The reason it's not a rule is because sniper is all about long-distance support and that the trade server is not a competitive server.
Let the snipers have their fun, seriously. Just don't go outside of spawn, you're on a trade server to trade after all, right? To trade?

 

If that were true, why has he been reported for it by an ex admin?

But on topic, I do not think any warning should be given due to the lack of proof.

Eh, not trying to fight or anything. But... if it's so important with evidence, where is cetrus' evidence to prove his innonence? If no side has evidence, it's word against word, right? So how do you solve it?

 

And how exactly is he supposed to prove his innoence? I'm sorry, but I don't understand why we are still discussing this. A report has been made without proof, so why even defend yourself against something that can not even be proven.

Tbh, this whole spawncamping thing wasn't the main topic of the report. He reported me mainly because he thinks I didn't warn him enough before banning him, which isn't true. I appreciate the clearings you guys are doing, but this topic should be discussed in a specific thread, as it will probably lead to a shitstorm, which would get this report closed without accomplishing anything but chaos.
In that case the whole situation wouldn't get solved and people could think I didn't get a warning out of it just for luck and not because I'm "innocent".

 

I don't know where you live, but in Germany, when somebody calls you a thief, but has literally no proof that backs his accusation up, you just call him an idiot and leave. At least that is what I would do.

The thing is, there is enough people to certify that cetru spams warnings.

I don't know about you but I'd say it's unfair to make us warn people, then get punished because we enforced a rule.

I'd say; do not give cetru a warning and perhaps reduce Uncleben's own ban?

I think Jozzeh has the evidence to prove that he didn't abuse his powers.
Sometimes i don't give warnings because i always bind /msay with the rules.

You indeed are really lucky cetru. I normally always record all type of gameplay on any servers do admins like you dont abuse on me.
First off, I did NOT spawnkill you. You were outside your spawn area for ages when I first killed you with the shotgun, you even had a 10+ killstreak as far as I remember this. The second time I killed you, you were standing 1 meter away from the boxing area shooting people from my team across the map getting out of my spawn. So your sm_msay didnt really help you that much, since as far as I know its in every single normal community INCLUDING FoG the following punishments: warning/slay/kick/ban and not warning - ban for 1 day for NOT EVEN spawnkilling you. Dont make up bullshit trying to defend yourself, this aint going to happen. If you think you will go through with that, best of luck to you. I have been an admin on FoG, and I am the highest rank on 2 really popular communities. From time to time I am going to play on FoG's trade server to have some fun, wont happen anymore since I just realised that the WHOLE FoG Community as I remembered it changed in the most negative way it could possibly change. There are ban logs on FoG with I think 11-12 servers coming new ones each 1-2 minutes, I dont understand how you still have players playing there since half of them is already banned for unknown reasons, I am one of the only one that isnt scared to say what HAS to be said. The only way to tell people what they did wrong is either communicate on the mic or make it clear for everyone. You slayed a few people after they "REALLY" did spawncamp (unlike I did) and they have stopped, you banned me for 1 day for killing YOU (and thats the main point of this, you wouldnt give a S*IT if I would have killed anyone else near the boxing arena) miles out of the spawn JUST because you became mad after you said Gyazo - fc6f91c0cebded2cec1ca6dbceec8032.png and then I killed you with intention (this is the point of TF2 - killing enemies) with my market gardener miles out of your spawn, you banned me for 1 day.

I repeat myself a community which is marked on SteamREP really allows themself such consequences of admin abuse? PyroProtectMe servers got denied for abusive admins, if this report will not go through I will do anything in my powers to stay in good contact with SteamREP admins and report it directly to them so either you loose the SteamREP reputation (not FoG - only cetru.) or FoG senior admin rank.

 

This is the part where you are just clearly pissed off, all your screenshots show is Cetru banning you, if you will go this far just to have some 'justice' then you really are screwed up, you remind me of another guy who tried to do the same thing to me, also just because you were a former admin doesn't mean you are always right, I'd suggest you drop the report since you have no real proof.

Woah, you certainly are angry. Well, don't know what to say; threatening and insulting an entire community for your error isn't that good. No, I wasn't far from the spawn when you market gardened me, I was right out of the main spawn door; the first time you shotgunned me you were standing still on the balcony for I don't know how long.
If that's your opinion of a report, it's pretty shameful: no proof, pretty much false accusations.
Yeah, I probably shouldn't have banned you right away, should have waited for you to kill me 3/4 more times while just exiting the spawn area. About the warning: if you can't read a message in the middle of the screen, which I spam pretty much every 5 minutes, that's not my fault.
From now on let's stop being aggressive, keep it rational. Wait 'till a decision is made and avoid threats, there's no reason to put it on such a low level.

 

Then what are you going to say to steamrep?
"AN FOG ADMIN NAMED CETRU BANNED ME FOR SPAWNCAMPING AND THEN I WROTE AN REPORT WITHOUT REAL EVIDENCE"

Who said that I will report this case, since I do not have video proof on this one it is pointless to report that to SteamREP, but seeing this whole ban list, I am sure I will be able to get video footage to report it on SteamREP, and definitly not on my main account.

 

So submitting a ban list is your cunning plan?, lol I pity you fool, they won't remove his powers because of a ban list, also back on topic, you have no valid proof, so I urge you to drop the report, try to bring back valid proof next time.
