    I'm going to have to agree with this guy here, receiving a permanent ban for avoiding a silence? Slightly overkill in my opinion.
    This problem could've been easily avoided by properly using the command and silencing the guy for a set amount of time. The guy was silenced for that session and he decided to end that session early.

    Unbanned and closed.

    Another thing, this is not a perm-bannable offense. These are listed in the rules thread.
