Heya, sorry if you are being bombarded with some less than serious questions.

What I would like to know is what do you find the hardest type of report to handle? As in, requires the most proof and often takes a while to do.

 

Spycrab / duel scams. Too many in-game screenshots.

Almost unheard of. I can't think of any instances.

I don't get frustrated when there's missing evidence because it's such a common occurence and I can't expect everyone to know about the requirements.

I do get frustrated when people submit stupid reports that are either no scams or is something we don't have any jurisdiction over.

I wanted to help the community, and I thought it was a good opportunity to learn and get to know people.

What do you think of backpack.tf and how does it impact trading?
I think for the most part, it has impacted trading negatively. It got to the point that so many traders were using it, you had to start too (and I did). At first there was a lot of resistance, but newcomers and those manipulating people using bp.tf prices helped push it to get so popular. I don't have anything against Brad Pitt because the site is definitely a successful business model (thanks to Premium). It's my favorite site for viewing my backpack though.

What changes would you make to it?
If I wanted to help the trade economy, I would shut it down. If I wanted to profit from the site, I would keep it up and make no changes.

The price of keys has hardly changed, the price of refined has and for no real reason. Idling is more dead than it has been ever, but refined is equally dead still. Logically, it makes no sense. However, there is someone to blame and that's backpack.tf. Users there are constantly pushing for higher prices.

Are there currently any SM plugins that allow very quick checking of an account's status on SR? Like !status <name>?
Is it an idea to create such a plugin so people can quickly check a status while in-game?
