    He added me saying he will pay 130 USD for my lucky shot, then i traded him, he then ran off. He also impersonated as a donator

    Do you have a screenshot with the trade agreement by any chance (as in, where he agrees to send you the money afterwards).

    Thank you Orange Cat for taking my advice as these guys are must faster and more efficient than SR. I hope you end up getting your hat back although it looks rather unlikely.
