What happened?
The guy added me to buy "any item". We discussed who would go first, he was fine with it and sent a Paypal invoice instead of a payment.
After I told him that my account balance said 0,00, he kept trying to convince me that he really did send the money and that payments take 12-24 hours to process. That is a lie. Payments show up in the recipient's account immediately.
At the end, he started the pathetic guilt tripping that I have seen before.
