I believe the munch guy (guy who he traded with most recently to receive the perma ban), though banned on outpost and bp.tf ; is not marked on steamrep. I didn't know you could get a tag for trading with non marked users unless they were obvious alts; because in that case, people that traded Kicker would need to be receiving tags; as its certain he will be banned.

 

Its not very hard to plug in an ID into bp.tf and check for bans.

Also you can get banned for trading with kicker

Ello gents, I am aware that I did trade with Jessica and I did learn from it and in the end I actually kept SteamRep bookmarked just to do the favor of not doing the same mistake. I checked munch's SteamRep and he was clear as day, so I kept him added and we kept doing business. I removed him maybe a week ago cause he was spamming me with some advertisements, and on the day of my birthday I got permabanned on outpost for trading with a non-marked scammer. I do take the blame for not checking the rest of his info (outpost, bptf, etc), but I was warned and banned for a limited amount of time on outpost for trading with someone marked so I only checked if he was marked or not, if he wasn't marked: no harm in trading with him.

 

Just because a user is not marked on SteamRep, that doesn't mean they are always safe to trade with.

The user wasn't marked at the time and was only banned on tf2outpost for alt of gift wrap scammer.

 

And I understand that, and I do take blame for it. But that was what I was warned about my first time on outpost, marked scammers, and that was all I was worried/paranoid/cared about. All I say before I go is that if he was marked before we did any trades, none of this would have happened, but again I should have checked.

Anyways I will be gone maybe for the rest of the day, so either add me or continue on here. I accept I did wrong for not checking the rest of his info and it won't happen again.

The accused already got warned by OP for trading with Jessica nor was munch marked on steamrep at the time of the trade.
