Do you already have Admin Experience?
I was a moderator on a trade server for CS:GO known as Carbon Gaming Network, since then they have shut down. Along with I was Moderator at a Minecraft Server known as Mineplex who used to get 25,000 average players which brought in over 500 reports a day. So dealt with hackers/reports quite often.

What experience do you have when it comes to scams and handling scam reports?
I myself am a high tier trader in the CS:GO Community and get approached and attempted to scammed every single day. Along with that I am also a Middleman representative over at Skial. I know basically every scam down to it's little bits and pieces.

How experienced are you with what constitutes as a scam? Please explain in detail your understanding.
Being a trader and dealing with scammers and what scams are everyday really helps out. As a moderator over at CGN we didn't allow scammers on the server. Anything goes south or an agreement is not followed is registered as a scam in my book.

Why do you want to be a Trade Moderator?
Being my full time job is trading CS:GO Skins from my computer that gives me a lot of free time at home and on the computer. I wanted to give back to the community by giving awareness to scammers as I constantly hear all my friends and fellow traders getting scammed so I applied for Middleman which didn't seem to be as time consuming as I thought. So I reached out to some friends and they recommended to give trade moderating and report processing a try. Figured I would since it's something I used to do on a daily basis. I can and will devote easily over 24 hours a week with no issues to processing reports. I'd love to devote my free time to making a difference in the community.
