Donated but never got my benefits in use!

    Hello guys,

    I donated today to the FoG's Team Fortress 2 Trading servers.
    Somehow the keys took of from my backpack but i never got to use the !resizeme !resizemyhead etc..

    I hope you can fix this please. And btw i didn't know what was the rigth section to post this in so can someone please move it to rigth one? Thank you advanced.

    How many keys did you donate and did you try reconnecting?

    Chale i donated 2 keys and yes i did reconnect many times.

    Did you use trade offere/confirmation email. Can you provide a screenshot proving the transaction?

    Yes, he has E-Mail confirmations on, despite the bot telling him to turn it off:

    n0name if trade were closed and it was empty how can i lost the keys? its wierd huh.

    Wasnt there some kind of bug with trading a couple of days back where items can be lost? Thing is did the bot get the keys?

    Steam says the TRADE is empty, because well, the trade is empty. It got transformed into a trade offer.
    Unforatunately, our bots aren't able to detect those kind of trade offers, so they never get a confirmation.
