Three things; if it doesn't work after that... punch the PC:
    - Defrag the steam cache path:LIBRARY/Team Fortress 2/*right click*/properties/local files/defrag steam cache files
    - Reinstall TF2 path:LIBRARY/Team Fortress 2/*right click*/Delete local files
And NO! you won't lose your stuff!
    - Reinstall Steam path:you should get that

Delete system 34 or type "unbindall" into the console when in game.
    Works everytime.

It was a joke i don't suggest doing either of those unless you either want buy a new computer or enjoy standing still for a long period of time.

Hello everyone! I have a problem in this game. Once I connected to a server and it had a special map texture and the game download it. Now my map texture is that one, in trainings too. I dont like that texture! Could you help me how can fix it to the basic one? Thank you!

try deleting your "models" and "materials" folders in steam/steamapps/yourname/team fortress/tf2. that's where custom textures, skins, huds, whatnot are stored. once you delete it, it SHOULD be back to normal.

Triple-cheack your internet connection, then make sure your NAT is open.
