CSGO Key Donation issue

    Greetings.
    I have donated 2 chroma keys today to the first donation bot via a trade offer with the word "csgo" as stated in the How to: donate to this community thread.
    As I joined the game, i issued the command /donator, but unfortunately no menu came up.
    Therefore I was brought here to make this thread.

    Your offer was denied, so your donor status wasn't updated either.
    Try doing a regular trade instead.

    Update.
    Donated to the Bot again, the regular way as you said, unfortunately I still cannot open the donator menu.
