Description

The user in question, (Вой во Тьму ~ STEAM_0:1:68766343) sprayed down a pornographic image. I'd prefer not to explain the image, but i'll leave it for yourselves to determine if its 'pornographic' or not.

I am Accusing the user on the Terms of breaking Rule: §3b


PS: This is my THIRD report on the suspected individual. And its my SECOND report for him using a pornographic image. (He was convicted twice previously, but I'm starting to think he doesn't much care for the rules)
