¶ The User in question (Вой во Тьму ~ STEAM_0:1:68766343) Was mic spamming some kind of Foreign music. And due to that, it was quite distracting and i believe would be breaking the rules.

¶ I am Accusing the user on the Terms of breaking Rule: §2f

¶ P.S: The user in question started to use foreign language in the chat, one that was not 'German' or 'English'. i will link that aswell​
