I don't know if I can do this already but regarding to the rules, I assume he will get a permanently ban for promoting other things than FoG's ones.
In my opinion, he hadn't bad intentions and the ban was maybe too quick in first place. I'm for a second chance (and you shouldn't do this anymore).
I would rather say: How is it fucking hard to find a better excuse or to assume your mistakes? We don't even know where you are banned.
