Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Well, I honestly don't know why I was banned in the first place, was it because you guys though I sold it to him or because of me lending it to him? Anyways, about three month ago I let my friend (a steamrep scammer) borrow my golden frying pan. I now have the pan back in my possession and would like to know if I could get my tag removed. I didn't sell it or trade it, I just let him use it for a little while, so the tag doesn't make much sense.

I support this appeal because the user MaxBox was denied a scammer tag in spite of his apparently "being an alt" the evidence was insufficient so the ruling on the report I submitted against this user should have been overturned as they did not trade with an obvious alt.

However in spite of that i ultimately request the denial of this appeal on the grounds that this user has continually lied throughout both the reporting process and even again here in their appeal. He did not loan MaxBox the golden Pan. He gift wrapped it and sent it to maxbox in a gift wrap. There is no "loan" here. Lying in appeal is grounds for autodeny universally

 

The pan is not tradable because of an untradeable specialized killstreak kit and I also giftwraped it to muselk to use before map

Did neither of you bother to look at the fact the pan was untradable before making assumptions and reports?

 

Your ban will be downgraded to a perma caution.
