He is not aiding the scammer in profiting, he has not purchased a scammed unusual, nor has he sold anything. He lent the item to a marked scammer, however, that does not mean that he is a scammer himself. I don't understand why this would make ... unsafe to trade with, as all it shows is his loyalty to a youtuber and not devious activities.

 

He gifted a golden pan to a scammer. Such activity warrants a mark. Stop spamming my thread angel-mander. I recognize you're impatient about your own situation but that doesn't mean you need to pitch in opinions. Opinions are worthless it's all rules and evidence based. This more than warrants a tag, unless the SR policy has changed.

He lost 50 buds in value? Maybe he doesn't care about value, after all he did make his pan untradable. I don't see why being friends with a scammer is worthy of being marked, nobody is profiting by being friends are they?
If the scammer was the one doing the gifting I would understand but it's a clean, unmarked user, letting his friend who's a scammer borrow his item. If one sided trades like this warrant a mark so does getting scammed right?
