Implemented Zombie Escape - Sounds & Music

    Hi, would it be possible to have any of these added?

    - Turning off gamesounds using !settings, doesn't turn off the sound of hitting teammates.
    Really annoying if you expected almost total silence. Would be nice if we could have that added.

    - Other thing is !soundoff !musicoff <- or whatever, would be cool if it was possible to toggle on/off so it will block all future music in maps.
    Some maps has multiple songs in them.

    Latter one added, command is !stopmusic.
    First one - there currently is only one plugin and it's been reported to be broken.
    Also, it disables the sounds globally - not on a per-user basis.

    If you find any plugin which does this, please link it here - I can't find any atm.
