n0:name has said that manual hijacking is worthy of a tag, like giving out fake mumble software.

But, what else classifies as manual hijacking? I have seen several users on outpost who were not bots, and posted links to malware or viruses.

Would that be worthy of a tag?

If you cam clearly see that it is a real user trying to do so, we will investigate it.

No bots/pre written messages. It has to be an actual person that replies to you.
If you ask him a question and him/it replies with a standard message it's a bot.
